What's the features of non-isolated LED drivers?
Comparing to islated drivers, non-isolated drivers are lower cost and higher efficiency.
But for application, it is more complex using non-isolated drivers than using isolated driver .

So we have different series of isolated drivers and non-isolated drivers.
Below is the tips of non-isolated drivers application.
1.The entire lamp shell structure must be waterproof, dustproof and mosquito-proof.
2. Withstand voltage of the lamp PCB >=3KV
3.Safety space between aluminum base and LED coppers >5mm (creepage distance >3.5mm)
4.Safety space / coppers between LED + and LED – should >1.8mm
5.Minimize the copper area on the aluminum PCB to reduce parasitic capacitance and leakage current.
6.Please design LED beads in parallel first and then in series. For parallel design, if one bead damaged, the rest beads will be still working.

Non-isolated LED drivers using in lighting is a trend. More and more factories choose to use non-isolated drivers for their new products.
