Team cohesion training sharing session

After the special training camp for marketing employees，SUNCOM POWER organized them to carry out a special training camp sharing session on gratitude and cohesion. Under the leadership of  Hu Wei, the students actively shared their gains after 2 days' learning.The employees enthusiastically came to the stage to speak, and the deepest insights mainly include the following four points:

1. Cohesion is the most important thing between teams. There is no perfect individual, only a perfect team.Only by uniting can a team go further and further;

2. Execution is indispensable in the team. Only efficient execution can solve problems and the team can grow stronger;

3. Don’t set limits on yourself and don’t be self-righteous in your work. You must get rid of inherent thinking and outdated thinking, and keep pace with the times. Advancement can improve oneself and constantly surpass;

4. Gratitude is the most basic state of mind. A grateful heart can make the relationship between team members more harmonious.
